ELFOAM Foam Foils

R104 is a thermally conductive and insulating silicone foam with self-contained cells and is available in material thicknesses from 0.8 to 6.35 mm available. R104 complies with NASA outgassing requirements and UL 94-V1.

ELASTORMER silicone foam foils are custom manufactured and cut to size.
Available with EMI shielding, they combine high conductivity with demand and ambient sealing over a wide temperature range. Various types of raw materials (sliver-coated copper, silver-coated aluminum, nickel-coated graphite, conductive carbon, etc.) are available for desired applications. Silicone foam sheets can be supplied including extruded, molded, sheet, and die-cut gaskets.
EMI foam gaskets consist of electrically conductive fabrics over highly compressed elastomeric foam core. Suitable for high tolerance commercial EMI shielding applications.
