ELSHIELD shielding films
ELSHIELD shielding foils in various materials: standards for TO220, TO3PF and TO247, as well as according to customer drawings. Variable material composition possible. We offer various composite foils insulation/metal foil, such as polyester/copper foil or polyimide/copper foil.
Due to increasing packing densities, the permissible interference limit for standard insulating discs is extended by a factor of approx. 8. The Sarcon shielding foil with its solderable and insulated embedded copper foil achieves electrical insulation of min. 600 V, a shielding effect of min. 50 dB and best possible heat dissipation with easy assembly.
Special shapes according to customer requirements can be realized easily and with low tooling costs.
EA688 is a 0.05 mm thick soft aluminum foil with a special pressure sensitive electrically conductive acrylic adhesive. Very good adhesive strength, deformability and conductivity of the adhesive allow an extremely low resistance value as an excellent shielding film for the electronics industry. Also suitable for the manufacture of printed circuit boards and their repair.
EC697 is a 0.036 mm thick electrolytic copper foil with high tensile strength and aggressive acrylic adhesive. The copper foil is suitable for soldering and of good surface conformability. Best suited for electrical applications such as printed circuit boards/repair, flexible leads and EMI/RFI shielding.
EAM8020 is a 0.508 mm thick, excellent thermally conductive neoprene material reinforced with aluminum fabric. Specially designed for shielding and sealing application and electrostatic dissipation.
Finger Strips are designed for superior electromagnetic shielding requiring high electrical conductivity and strong elastic properties. Its mechanical spring properties far exceed any other seal in the industry and are ideal for repeated opening and closing applications where high damping performance and mechanical strength are required.
EC665 is a 0.036 mm thick copper foil with a 0.014 mm thick electrically conductive acrylic adhesive on one side (total thickness without backing 0.05 mm). This foil is made for the electrical conduction of the whole structure.
EC127 is a 0.05 mm thick copper foil for shielding and heat distribution or heat sink.

EMI / RFI Window is a transparent shielded product to provide maximum optical transmission and shielding effectiveness. It consists of transparent acrylic substrate bonding of conductive wire mesh. they are found in most electronic displays and fascia panels such as military radios and commercial points of sale, where a high level of shielding is required from internal and externally generated electromagnetic emissions.
Our EA series of EMI Absorber consist of Polymer resin and metal flakes filler which is available in 210mm x customer’s required length in a roll. EA series of EMI Absorbers can sufficiently suppress radiated noise from various electrical devices.
Also, EA series improves the RFID communication distance by suppressing the interference between loop antenna and adjacent metal objects. (effective carrier frequency : 13.56Mh2 and below)

Knitted wire gaskets are resilient knitted wire mesh strips that used EMI gaskets to provide EMI Shielding at the joints and seams of Electronic enclosures.
It provides very good shielding attenuation also in the magnetic field and corrosion resistance.
Any metal can be produced in the form of a wire strip gasket. But, the standard material is monel wire. Monel provides very good shielding attenuation in combination with high corrosion resistance.
It can also be supplied as flat band material, which in most cases is used to wrap cables and higher gasket elasticity is available with an elastomer core that is
knitted over with metal wire.
Our NFCA ferrite sheet consists of sintered ferrite sheet with top and bottom side PET adhesives, which is available in lOOmm x lOOmm sheet.
It is an ideal product for high magnetic permeability at V 13.56 MHz and here are the applications for our NFCA:
